- 1987 - The Trinity College and High School property was purchased.
- 1988 - Plans for the statue of Mary were initiated.
- 1989 - The corporation changed it's name from Queen of Peace Apostolate to Queen of Peace, Inc., and the decision to remove the existing Trinity buildings was made.
- 1990 - The Marian Center Gift Shop and Resource Center was built and opened for business. Sculptor Dale Lamphere was commissioned to design and build the statue of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Queen of Peace.
- 1992 - The Statue of the Immaculate Heart was placed on the Mound of Mary on December 16th.
- 1993 - The Statue was officially dedicated on June 13, by Bishop Soens, with thousands in attendance.
- 1994 - Trinity Gardens and the Circle of Life Memorial to the Unborn was built. Also the St. Joseph Center-Museum was built to house Jerry Traufler's life-size wood carving of the Last Supper. This magnificent structure includes the Trinity College and High School Museum. The ribbon cutting and first prayer service was held on the Feast of St. Joseph, March 19th. The building was dedicated on Holy Thursday, April 13th.
- 1995 - Plans were begun for creating the Sacred Heart of Jesus Statue, with projected date of placement for the Fall of 1998.
- 1996 - The Outdoor Cathedral, the land leading up to the statue grounds, was designed and work began. Eucharistic Adoration began in October.
- 1997 - A permanent Adoration Chapel was added on to the St. Joseph Center-Museum.
- 1999 - The statue of the Sacred Heart was blessed and dedicated in June. The shrines dedicated to Our Lady of Lourdes, Our Lady of Knock, and Our Lady of Fatima were completed.
- 2000 - The shrines of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel and the Miraculous Medal were finished and work began on the newest area to the south of the Sacred Heart statue, with trees being planted and sidewalks laid.
- 2001 - The development of the Saints area began with the building of the gazedbo and the "Heaven's Special Child" memorial. This area will feature six clusters of saints. Each cluster honoring ten saints. Along with shrines to individual saints. Completion of the area is scheduled for 2003.
- 2002 - A water stream leading into a beautiful pond will be constructed dividing the outdoor cathedral area from the grounds to the east. This "mountain sream" will feature small water falls and fountains adding to the serenity of this entire area. A six foot bronze statue of St. Francis created by sculptor Dale Lampher will be set in the middle of this area.
- 2003 – Plans were formulated for construction of the display area for a new statue by sculptor Dale Lamphere, St. Francis of Assissi, and are ready to move from the drawing board to reality. This will encompass the development of the pond and stream project and is scheduled to take place over the next two years. A beautiful shrine to the Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and St. Joseph the Foster Father of Jesus, was placed and dedicated in June. A magnificent entry gate to the Circle of Life, located in the Trinity Gardens, was a gift from one of our benefactors.
- 2004 – The pond and stream were completed and the statue of St. Francis set in place. Dedication of the statue was held on Oct. 3rd, the eve of St. Francis’ feast day. Work continues in the Way of the Saints. The individual statues of St. Therese the Little Flower, St. Peregrine, and Mother Teresa were placed on site and the clusters are scheduled for completion this fall.
- 2005 – The Way of the Saints was completed with the setting of the six clusters and the beautiful entry arch. The pond in Trinity Gardens was replaced with a lovely garden and large fountain. The new location for the Seven Sorrows of Mary was also finished and the large bollard plaques that were at the Mound of Mary have been incorporated into the new site.
- 2006 – The arrival of the 7’ bronze statue of Moses, the latest work of Dale Lamphere, is scheduled for December and will be placed on the hill overlooking the Way of the Saints. St. Anthony’s Senior Housing is now finalized, with two tri-plexes to be built on the west end of the Trinity Heights property in the spring of 2007.
